At half the price of HIWIN or THK rails you need to adjust your expectations. These are cheap Chinese rails, but functional if you can live with a little vibration. Carriage is rigid on the rail, but bearings were sticking when it first arrived. I greased the bearings and things were much improved. Now rails move with little to no resistance.   2. Fixed my vibration problem without breaking the bank. A lot of folks here dont understand the point of these rails. Yes, they are cheap. Yeah, they’ll probably bind a little when you first get them.You have to realize that name brand rails are easily 5x the price. It’s a great deal.Some careful cleaning of the carriage and rail with alcohol to remove dust and dirt works wonders, and it is something you should do anyway.Add some new 3in1 light oil, reassemble and they glide just fine.   3. I needed to upgrade my 3D printer with a new rail and this one caught my eye. The price was good and I figured I would give it a try. When the rail arrived it was very well protected. It actually came in a huge box with plenty of airbags to keep it safe. Within the large box was my smaller rail box. Inside that was a foam bed and lid with the rail nicely packed inside.
